How a booking works
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. Sang personally reviews every inquiry and replies, usually within 24 hours, with availability and a proposed itinerary.
What confirms a booking
A booking is confirmed once you and Sang have agreed on dates, itinerary, and (where applicable) a deposit has been received.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, arriving at the agreed meeting point on time, and communicating any dietary, accessibility, or health needs in advance.
