Plan It Your Way
Design Your Own Hmong Experience
Tell us what draws you — the walking, the craft, the food, the quiet — and Sang will build the days around it.
Start DesigningIntroduction
Every traveler who reaches out wants something slightly different. Some want to walk for hours; some want to sit still and learn a stitch pattern for an afternoon. Some are traveling with kids and need an easy pace; some are traveling alone and want long, unstructured conversation. Our fixed experiences work well for many people — but if none of them quite fit, this page is how we build one that does.
How It Works
Tell us what draws you.
Pick a trip length and whatever interests sound appealing below — there's no wrong combination.
Sang builds a draft personally.
Not an algorithm — she matches your interests against what's actually possible on your dates, with which families and guides.
You confirm together.
She'll send a draft itinerary and adjust it with you before anything is booked.
Choose Your Trip Length

Choose Your Interests
What draws you? Pick as many as you like.
Suggested For You
Based on your interests, here’s where to start.
Pick a few interests above to see suggestions here.
Send Your Inquiry
Fill in as much as you can — the optional fields help Sang plan better, but nothing here is a commitment, and no payment is requested at this stage.
No payment required to inquire — this opens a message to Sang’s team, not an automatic booking.
Example Itineraries
A few starting points if you'd rather react to an idea than build from a blank page.
Photography + Culture
Sunrise over the terraces, a village walk timed for morning light, close-up shots of indigo dyeing in progress, and an evening around the fire.
Family + Easy Walking
A gentle village walk sized for kids, a hands-on craft moment rather than a lecture, and lunch with a family — no long treks, no rushing.
Crafts + Village Life
The full indigo dyeing and embroidery experience, paired with unhurried time in the village itself rather than rushing to the next stop.
Food + Local Culture
A market visit, a cooking session, and a shared meal — built around the food itself as the throughline, not a stop along the way to somewhere else.
Booking & Pricing
There's no set price for this experience, since the final cost depends entirely on what you choose. A deposit of $35 per booking confirms your itinerary once it's agreed — this amount is deducted from your final tour price, not charged on top of it.

Sang
Every custom request on this page reaches Sang directly, not a booking queue. She grew up in the village most of these experiences are built around, which means she isn't guessing at what's possible on short notice or matching you with a family she doesn't actually know.
